In this role, you will coach your team to reach the qualitative and quantitative targets whilst ensuring full compliance to all business and client's rules and procedures.

You will:
· Provide guidance and perform continuous monitoring to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
· Undertake performance reviews, regular individual and team meetings
· Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues with the Operations Manager.
You will also:
· Take part in the recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skill development for team members
· Build an environment which recognizes outstanding achievements and supports the spirit of teamwork, where associates are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company, leading to associate satisfaction
· Facilitate a culture of open and honest two way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas and best practice
About you

Through performance management, you will train, coach and be an inspirational leader to ensure deliverance of our clients' objectives and targets.

The workplace is Sitel's office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2-4, 3rd floor, 2450 Kbh. SV. We have close public transport connections and an inexpensive parking possibility. Our office in Copenhagen is located in an area easily accessible when travelling from Malmö, which makes it easy for the many Swedes that are commuting from Malmö to our office in Copenhagen.
