Most of our projects involve travel within Sweden, so you as a person must have the opportunity to be traveling at work.
The work as site manager with us entails overall responsibility for the assambly of prefabricated concrete and steel constructions.
From design to final inspection.
In your projects, you have an overall responsibility for everything from planning to personnel, finances and quality. Together with your boss, you run projects with quality and accuracy.
The role as site manager involves many contacts with customers as well as suppliers and partners.
Your role includes:
• to build and maintain a good relationship with our customers, suppliers and partners
• to draw up a production plan, be responsible for the project's personnel, finances, project documentation and documents
• to lead and distribute the work and hold employee interviews
• a work environment responsibility and responsibility for safety patrols
• financial responsibility for your projects

You have experience as a site manager or equivalent in the industry and are used to running small and large projects. It is an advantage if you have education in work environment, contract law, BAS-U / BAS-P and other educations. You have a B driving license and master the Office package.
