Sitemanager / Supervisor to Substations

You will be part of Substations in Västerås. The business unit designs and delivers complete substations for distribution and transmission grids. Our turnkey substation projects mainly comprise high and medium voltage apparatus, transformers, protection and control systems, auxiliary power systems as well as construction and erection work. Substations in Västerås, Ludvika, Norrköping and Göteborg have approximately 200 employees.
Substations is a dynamic organization that is divided into three product groups in order to provide increased service and customer focused solutions. One of the product groups is Aftersales.

As Site manager / Supervisor your task will be to lead and control our substation installations located both in Sweden and abroad. You will be in charge of the installation to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications. You will be ABBs representative towards customers and subcontractors.

You possess a technical education majoring Electrical Power or something that can be counted as equivalent. Experience in service and electrical installation work from the contractor business is qualifying. The role as Site manager / Supervisor requires leadership skills and ability to work in teams as well as on your own. Finally, you are systematic and quality- conscious. As the work will include contact with customers, contractors and suppliers in different countries it is a requirement that you, apart from Swedish, are fluent in both written and spoken English.
