Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Situation Mapping Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Undertaking the role of a mid-level consultant, focusing on business and organizational development.
Leading consulting assignments in operational and organizational development.
Active involvement in change management initiatives.
Managing projects with a keen emphasis on successful delivery.
Conducting independent consulting work with a strategic mindset.
Applying academic education to drive excellence in consulting.

What you bring:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a consultant in business and organizational development.
Expertise in developing models for financial IT management within the public sector/authority (at least 3 years).
Proven track record in developing models for product and service management within the public sector/authority (at least 3 years).
Practical experience (minimum 3 years) in implementing holistic financial IT management, product, and service management in complex business environments.
Knowledge of financial IT management frameworks, such as the TBM framework.
Adaptability and at least 2 years of experience in implementing/adapting frameworks based on business-specific conditions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management relevant to the university and higher education sector.
At least 2 years of experience in consulting at a higher strategic management level.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working from a strategic to operational level in financial IT management, product, and service management.
At least 2 years of experience in supporting/training the introduction and use of new models in financial IT management, product, and service management.
Fluent in Swedish and English
