We support our global Automotive and Industrial customers from our offices across the different regions and countries. SKF Seals Transformation Manager


In the light of the new SKF growth strategy, SKF Seals will increase internal capabilities in the area of IT to better support the transformation into the future operating structure: the number of common system implementations will be increased to shorter the roadmap; various functions will be integrated through digital solutions and there is a need for competence growth in the area of common applications and processes.


Your responsibilities
• Effectively engage with stakeholders, build trust and buy-in and ensure an effective communication
• Direct the implementation of IT systems in accordance with the IT roadmap, as well as cross functional integration and digitalization activities across the value chain
• Work with leaders and teams across our global organization to develop and deliver change projects and programs that will improve our business, our culture and our ability to best serve customers
• Use creative and effective approaches to coordinate projects forward with an emphasis on supporting our teams through changes and achieving the best outcomes
• Support the competence development on IT systems and processes


Requirements
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in system implementations and supporting change journeys
• Good ability to collaborate and influence people across functions and areas in different cultures
• Good communication skills being able to translate complex information into value adding proposals for users
• Certified project management skills; experience in manufacturing operations is a merit

Additional information
This position will preferably be located at Gothenburg, in Sweden, or in any other main SKF EMEA site.
You will report to the Manager of Supply Chain & IT within SKF Seals, who is located in Goteborg, Sweden.
