Skill Team Leader Calibration
This could be the position for you!

* Full responsibility for the engineering team – leading and developing the team, recruitment, business development, sales and marketing of group services, budget, planning, personnel responsibility and final sign-off on technical deliverables.
* At AVL, each engineering team is a profit center with growth and revenue goals. For the manager there is a lot of freedom to recruit staff, market and develop services as long, as the economic performance is sound.
* Together with the Swedish management develop and manage the portfolio that AVL in Sweden offers to the market.
* Identify new projects, opportunities, and solutions in cooperation with customers.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leadership positions.
* Enjoys customer relationships and has a strong drive to create value for our clients.
* Team player with good social skills.
* Relevant experience in powertrain calibration, controls, simulation, or mechanical development. 
* Fluent in Swedish (mandatory) and English.
* Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
