We are now hiring a Skillbase trainer based in Sweden.

What you do

As our Skillbase trainer you are responsible for delivery of training based around CTEK’s bespoke electrical vehicle charging and load balancing solutions. You are also involved in the development of training solutions and technical resources to meet/exceed customer expectations. Our trainers work closely with CTEK’s sales and technical customer support team to build relationships with a broad range of national and international customers. You will;

- Deliver high-quality engaging training sessions internally and externally
- Plan, research, write, and edit training materials from conception to delivery
- Convey technical ideas, concepts, and procedures clearly, concisely, and accurately
- Proof-read, review, and edit all resources produced
- Contribute to continuous improvements and best practice


Who you are

It is crucial that you are a great team-player with a strong own drive. You can explain difficult engineering concepts in simple easy-to-understand language and present to a range of audiences. You are trustworthy and dependable, have a passion for what you do, and have a creative and innovative approach while still working structured towards the next level.

Your skills

A strong technical experience/understanding in electrical engineering/installations or extensive experience in technical roles in the EV industry is mandatory. You have excellent IT skills, especially competence with software running on the Microsoft Windows operating systems and any experience in training would be advantageous.
