This Scandinavian Fashion House was founded in Stockholm with the vision to build an international brand for modern and aware consumers. The company bridges sport and fashion, fusing the sharp silhouettes from fashion with the functionality from activewear. Offering products for aware consumers leading a contemporary, active lifestyle. The collections consist of products for both men and women with a focus on fashion, activewear, golf wear and ski wear.

Your role

You will work in an international environment with Accounts Payable. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be familiar with working with several companies at the same time. The ERP system we use is MS Dynamics NAV and MS Business Central. The most important thing is your personality and attitude. You are open, have a high energylevel and are motivated by providing good service.

Main responsibilities:

- End- to- end responsible for Medius, verify, accounting and distribute all invoices for approval within the organization

- Inhouse support and point of contact for end users in Medius
- Full goods invoice process owner, match and allocate goods invoices against PO’s
- Developing and securing the process of goods invoices
- Internal and external point of contact for all A/P related queries
- Payments for all entities (BG files, SEPA and intercompany, pre payment) and booking of these
- Maintenance Supplier Master data, create new vendors and having an updated vendor ledger
- Month end tasks, such as general reconciliations and accruals
- Bank account reconciliations


Required experiences:

- Have about 2 years of experience within Accounts Payable and handling of goods invoices
- Have experience and understanding in accounting, reconciliations and monthly closings
- Are fluent in Swedish and have good skills in English is a must for this position
