We are looking for a Manager who will be able to coordinate the strategies and HR Team, solve and manage HR tasks on the Swedish side as well.
We expect you:
Have at least 5 years of a proven track record in both HR partner and recruitment roles.
Have experience in IT companies, knowledge about named base IT world
Can talk to developers in the same language and understand their expectations
Can be a Lead, have experience with team management
Can make a decision from a business perspective
Erudite in different spheres: marketing, low, it, sales, managing, and others
Result-oriented, and put the highest priority on delivering good results and keeping deadlines.
Can deal with stress and enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Have experience with the building and improving company processes with HR department when the company growing
Have experience with Performance Review, setting up goals, and helping to achieve the goals in the HR Development carrier
Experienced in creating internal and external events, supporting a friendly and good atmosphere in the office
We’re looking for an optimistic attitude, and the ability to handle the requirements and setbacks in a valuable way.
