Skilled machine operators for airport construction in Greenland

From 2020 until 2024, Munck Civil Engineering are constructing two international airports in Greenland, Nuuk and Ilulissat, respectively. For this project, we are looking to recruit a number of skilled machine operators to operate our drilling rigs. The airport contract includes construction of runways, taxiways, site preparation for new terminal buildings, production and paving with asphalt, rerouting and connection to access roads, installing electrical, water and sewer lines as well as construction of parking area. The main part of the work consists of drilling and blasting rock and building the crushed material into the coming runway.

Therefore, we are currently looking for experienced machine operators with the skills to operate our EPIROC drilling rigs - specifically the models FlexiROC T30R and SmartROC T40-11.

We also offer training and courses in drilling rig operating, if necessary.
