Skincare Expert in Milan (German Speaker)

Are you passionate about skincare and helping others achieve their beauty goals? We're seeking a dedicated Skincare Customer Service Representative to join the team in the vibrant city of Milan.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Skincare Beauty Expert will be:
Management of consumer requests relating to Information and Complaints through different channels
Providing excellent solution, service, product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner
Being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to related departments

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: What’s in it for you?
Background in cosmetology.
Knowledge about cosmetics and luxury products
Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Customer-focused approach, problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for teamwork.
German language skills of at least C1 level 
English at a minimum of B2 level
Proficiency in Italian is a bonus.
Competence in IT skills, including efficient use of tools for reporting interactions
Availability for flexible shifts
Interest in digital and social media
