Position title: SME - Product Systems

Job Description
The SME - Product Systems is tasked to operate solutions for the Global PLM, supporting our Product and Global Operation teams and processes. The SME – Product Systems is expected to participate in a series of projects or programs, utilizing either existing internal IT skills or externals where appropriate.

The candidate should be able to deliver to the needs of Global PLM PMO by…
· Have IT capacity and skills to deliver and maintain PLM solutions in a professional manner.
· Have business process understanding.
· Be able to deliver through the use of and interaction with the various other Electrolux IT teams and Business user community.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate is expected to be able to:
§ Support a global PLM set of tools.
§ Drive issues to completion in a complex environment-
§ Support the drive for commonality in IT to enable common data and common processes across Electrolux.

Tasks include:
o Support solutions from beginning to end.
o Issue management and operations together with other IT teams to secure user satisfaction.
o Being one of the key members of defining and implementing the Electrolux future strategy for Industry 4.0/Digital Operations.
o Proactively manage changes in project and implemented solutions and contingency plans.
