We are now adding skills to our People & Culture team by hiring a tech recruiter to be working dedicated to our tech organization. Whether you are a techy person who realized you love people, or a people’s person who realized you love tech – we need you!
Snow is a company in high paced growth and recruitment is an essential part of our everyday life. You will come to an HR team working in a new way, the People & Culture way. We do experiment on ourselves as well as how we do things. YOU ARE GREAT AT
We think that you have previous experience as a tech recruiter working with the whole recruitment cycle using research, sourcing and talent pools to find who you are looking for. Most importantly you are passionate about recruitment and match the right person for the role. You love new tech sawy ways of improving the digital workplace and knows how to leverage social media for Snows purposes. Candidate experience, talent relations and how we spread our organizational culture is on top of your mind. Your first thought in the morning might have to do with a new way of approaching interesting candidates and we value that!
We think that you are deep into tech, when somebody drops a buzz word you´ll know what it is. You can evaluate a technical skill set when you see it and understand how it completes and adds value to the team. We will be recruiting full-stack developers, back-end developers, designers, scrum masters, analysts, testers, support specialists and other roles within the tech scope.
To be successful in this position you know how to coordinate parallel processes and streamline the recruitment process to get things moving quickly. You work thoroughly to never lose a candidate. You know the values of maintaining good relations with candidates who might be suitable for future positions.
