By digitalizing aviation manuals Web Manuals enables a safer, updated and a more easily viewed information management for their customers.
Our cloud-based document management system is a tool for digitizing manuals for small to mid-sized flight operators. We help our clients become more successful, safe and happy by simplifying the editing process as well as the distribution of operational manuals.
We are a young and fast-growing company with 37 employees and offices in Malmö, Sweden, New York City and San Diego, US.
We are looking for an excellent Service Desk Associate
The Web Manuals Service Desk Department is looking for a replacement of one of our team members, who has decided to move back to his home country. The role is based at our headquarters in central Malmö. You will be focusing giving our dear customers the most fantastic service ever! We have high standards in service delivery, our customer satisfaction is 99%!
Responsibilities in the role
The objective of the Service Desk Associate role is to provide high-quality support and training to customer representatives over the phone, by e-mail and on-site. The role is a vital component in the company's aim to maintain strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.
Working as a Service Desk Associate, you participate in the support and training process of our customers.
You lead on-site and online deliveries for our customers.
You create on-site and online training and workshop session for our customers.
You participate in strategic projects of the company, striving to develop the company and our services.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
A university degree
Proficiency in English
Spanish and-or French is meriting
Work experience from technical support is meriting but not necessary, we will teach you our product and the tools we work with

The position is based in Malmö and is a full-time position which we would like to see starting as soon as possible.
