Social Media Community Manager - Digital Creative & Content Integration
Are you passionate about digital and social media and want to be part of Volvo Cars digital team? At Digital Creative & Content Integration, you are part of a global team with the task to make Volvo Cars one of the most progressive and influential automotive company online.
As Community Manager you will be our voice on multiple social networks. You will monitor and reactively respond to questions and make sure that we build relationships with the community.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Creative & Content Integration. The position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Starting time is as soon as possible.
Main responsibilities
* Daily monitor discussions on different social channels
* Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
* Build relations to the community
* Be up-to-date with and recommend new community features
* Constantly develop how we participate with and engage the community
* Weekly report on customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community
Required qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Community Manager, Copywriter and/or Online Customer Service Manager
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Deep knowledge of all main social media platforms
Personal qualities
* Real team player with a positive go-getter attitude, self-motivated and proactive
* Good judgment and the ability to be calm in the face of stress
* Well-structured and enjoys the challenge of solving a problem
* You are prestigeless, do not mind repetitive work and you take pride in your job
* Ability to relay information to the public in an easy-to-understand manner and professional on-the-spot communication skills

Digital Creative & Content Integration is part of the Consumer Experience Platforms with the mission to deliver digital leadership.
The Digital Creative & Content Integration team has an essential role in attract, convert and keep our customers, providing attentive cohesive communication to serve people wherever they may be on their journey with Volvo, utilizing the full digital landscape (www.volvocars.com, CRM and social media channels). Digital Creative & Content Integration is responsible for creating digital campaign concepts and integrate content cross the digital eco-system.
