We are looking for a data-driven, creative and structured Social Media & Community Manager to join our digital marketing team for Libero in Region North. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring Libero’s continued success and growth as part of a strong and highly motivated marketing team within Essity.

About the role
As a Social Media and Community Manager for Libero, you will set and execute the strategic direction for paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing at a regional level, ensuring that regional differences are carefully considered. This includes creating and implementing strategies, producing engaging content and leveraging data to continuously improve performance, drive loyalty and support recruitment and growth.
This position can be based in Gothenburg, Allerød, Oslo or Espoo, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager for Libero in Gothenburg.
What you will do
Develop platform-specific paid social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, execute and manage influencer marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with our digital team to ensure alignment and synergies between paid and organic efforts, maximizing overall campaign impact.
Ensure all paid social and influencer content aligns with the brand, resonates with the target group, and meets campaign objectives.
Lead and manage regional projects with clear timelines, structured planning, and effective execution.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates and best practices for paid advertising to ensure brand remains innovative and relevant.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

You are organized and structured, ensuring that regional initiatives are executed efficiently while accounting for regional differences. With a deep understanding of the digital landscape, you combine creativity and data to deliver outstanding results.
Higher education in a relevant field
3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media
Experience working at a regional level (preferably in a retail sales organization).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with tools like Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling regional responsibilities.
Fluent in English and a Nordic language - spoken and written.
