Great! We are now looking for a Social Media Community Manager for our new femtech brand Female Engineering located at our head office in Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. You are a part of our Female Engineering brand team. A team leading our new brand and developing our customer offering within femtech, Female Engineering. As Social Media Community Manager you will make sure to develop our customer offer, by planning the strategy for our social media content. You are a key player in a smaller team, working with a mix of creators, entrepreneurs, strategists, and product developers.
We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of what’s included: you have an important role in developing an engaging social media community by planning and implement our social media strategy and by evaluating the activities in our channels. You will create our community platform and test pilot program, develop collaborations with influencers and engage with our followers. You work together with our brand team making sure to optimise our presence in social media.
This is a substitute position from beginning of May to end of December 2022.
Is this you? You are updated on trends within social media and feel at home in a start-up environment. You take own initiatives and deliver results in a structured way, always with the customer in mind. Having a curious and entrepreneurial mindset, always with the ability to see the bigger picture by shifting between short- and long-term perspective are things you know well.
You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. Leading yourself, being active in your own development and giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:
University degree or equivalent within media, marketing, communication or similar
Work experience of strategic and operational work within social media, preferable as a Social Media Community Manager
Work experience in relevant programs and tools creating, publishing and analysing Social Media activities
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
