Is communication, social media and fashion your thing? Would you like to develop and operate the Social Media community of a brand whose purpose is to empower and inspire women everywhere? Great, you might be the perfect match for this job!

Your role in our team. You are a part of our Global Marketing team, with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand. In the role as Community Manager, you will develop, implement and execute Lindex social media community, in close cooperation with others and you are part of the social media team.

Here are some examples of what’s included: you have an important role in developing an inviting social media community in cooperation with Social Media Manager, implement Lindex tone of voice in line with our brand guidelines by writing copy and respond to comments. Participate in content planning and bring inspiration and reflections from analytics and insights.  

Is this you? Social media communication and adjusting the communication to different types of profiles and customers, that is right up your alley! You have the ability to take own initiatives and deliver results in a structured way, always with the customer in mind. You have a growth mindset and are used to work in an agile environment. Here at Lindex we believe in doing things together. You are comfortable in team work, where you get to collaborate with many different people.

You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. Leading yourself, being active in your own development and giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

University degree or equivalent within media, marketing, communication or similar
Work experience of strategic and operational work within social media, preferable as a Social Media Community Manager
Work experience of copy writing
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: knowledge in Spredfast
