Your role:
In your role as Digital channel specialist you will support and aid in the growth of NCC´s brand and stakeholder relationships through all digital channels and help translate all communication potentials / ideas into a strong digital and social media presence.
The work includes contributing with strategic / tactical advice and ideas to the continuous development of all digital channels regarding user experience, information architecture and content. Monitor, respond to and moderate social media conversations on managed platforms and publish news, update and manage existing content on the Group's websites and digital channels. Suggest and produce digital communication initiatives. We look forward to your continuous generation of innovative and out of the box ideas to reach target audiences and business objectives.

Your qualifications:
We are looking for driven, pro-active and resourceful communications professionals with a college degree, corresponding to a Master´s Degree in media and/or communications/advertising/digital media, and at least 3-5 years of experience at a similar position.
You have well documented knowledge in digital channel development and a solid understanding and experience from EPI, SEO, Flash, CSS, HTML5. Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
You are well structured, able to plan ahead, prioritize under time pressure and adapt priorities depending on the current circumstances. You also need to be good at coordinating at different levels; with the different Business Areas and within the Communication Hub.
Other personal traits: Fast moving, creative, a good team player, without prestige and straight forward, responsible and reliable, able to maintain a customer focus, open to new ideas, high working capacity.

You will be part of our newly established Communications Hub, offering high-end communication services through a shared service concept, and work side by side with driven professional’s to fulfill NCC´s strategic and operational communication goals. The Communications Hub consists of 17 persons and has a Nordic perspective.
