Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring The South Indian’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and grow our online community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content to foster strong community engagement, build brand loyalty, and encourage user-generated content.
Community Management: Respond to comments, customer queries in a timely manner. Facilitate and moderate community interactions.
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of posts and campaigns. Prepare monthly reports to management on key metrics.
SEO and Paid Ads: Implement and manage SEO and paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, like customer service and sales, to ensure brand consistency.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Crisis Management: Manage social media crises or negative comments to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in food and beverage industry is a plus.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
Skilled in content creation and graphic design tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
