We are now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Stockholm office, working closely with the content and design team. As our Social Media Manager, you are the driving force behind our organic Social Media channels. It is your responsibility to enhance growth, drive new projects, and ensure consistency in the tone of voice throughout our different channels.

The perfect candidate for this role is a creative mind and digital native, who is not afraid to crack numbers and is on top of developments in fashion and social media. You are a true forward-thinker and know what’s trending. You breathe for creating content in visual and written form, and love to expand your creative and analytical mindset. You know how to scale up a follower-base, how to create engaging content, and have deep know-how of new channels. You are driven and eager to achieve growth goals, as well as highly structured in your workflow.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, execute, and follow up on all marketing activations on our organic Social Media channels
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the statistics and results - Ensure growth targets are met and identify actions to reach set targets and KPIs, monitor statistics and
• identify new channels, take ownership of introducing IDEAL to the new channels and followers, as well as deliver insights on best practices and emerging trends
• Lead the social media team
• Curate our Social Media channels and ensure a cohesive representation of our Brand ID and aesthetic across all channels
• Implement a coherent rollout of the marketing strategy across all organic channels, plan activations accordingly and take full ownership of our social media content calendar - from planning to execution
• Conceptualize new content formats, and drive the development of IDEAL OF SWEDEN’s owned channels to stay at the forefront of current trends, discourses, and social media platforms
• Together with the graphic design team, create content for our organic channels, as well as oversee the content order and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with our influencer marketing team to align promotions

• An understanding of metrics: You have the skills to turn data into insights, paired with an eagerness to reach our goals or aim higher. You are familiar with Social Media KPIs and how to optimize and measure them in order to secure growth and higher engagement.
• Impeccable communication skills and an extraordinary team spirit: You have a passion for building and leading a dedicated team, as well as nurturing an inclusive team culture. You’re straightforward, you’re candid and, most importantly, you’re thoughtful and kind as a colleague and leader.
• Excellent project and time-management skills: You keep it structured, simple, and focused during rapid change, and are confident juggling several responsibilities across creative and analytic disciplines
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to take full ownership: You can drive new projects and manage deadlines, and are not shy to articulate big ideas and exciting trends. You have outstanding attention to detail, whether it’s meeting a tight deadline or staying true to our brand’s tone and style.
• A sophisticated sense of our brand voice and aesthetics, as well as a strong passion for digital and social platforms. You know what moves the world and how to apply an elevated sensibility to current discourses.
• A strong eye for design, editorial understanding, and knowledge of general fashion and social media terminology: you are on top of trends in fashion and pop culture, and have the skills to express them.
• Top-notch English skills: you know how to engage our followers with crisp and engaging captions, with a meticulous eye for spelling and grammar

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fashion, Communications, Cultural Sciences or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• A high level of reliability and accuracy
• A portfolio of previous work within Social Media and content creation (please include a link to your portfolio in your application)

• The position is based in Stockholm
• You will report to Head of Content Marketing
• This is a full-time position
