We are now looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Stockholm office, working closely with the content and graphic design team. As our Social Media Manager, you are the driving force behind our organic Social Media channels. It is your responsibility to curate our Social Media presence, enhance growth, and drive new initiatives.

The perfect candidate for this role is a creative mind and digital native. You breathe for creating content in visual and written form, and love to expand your creative and analytical mindset.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of our organic Social Media strategy including a growth plan in the continuously changing Social Media landscape
• Plan, manage, execute, and follow up on all marketing activations on our organic Social Media channels (incl. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)
• Design content and curate our Social Media channels to ensure a cohesive representation of our Brand ID and aesthetic across all channels
• Monitor, analyze and optimise the statistics and results - Ensure growth targets are met and identify actions to reach set targets and KPIs
• Conceptualize new content formats, and identify new channels, take ownership of introducing IDEAL to the new markets, channels and followers, as well as deliver insights with best practices and emerging trends



Essential Characteristics

• A strong eye for graphic design, and knowledge of general fashion and social media terminology and trends.
• An understanding for metrics: You have the skills to turn data into insights, paired with an eagerness to reach our goals or aim higher. You are familiar with Social Media KPIs and how to optimize and measure them in order to secure growth and higher engagement.
• Excellent project and time-management skills
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to take full ownership: You can drive new projects and manage deadlines with an outstanding attention to detail.
• A sophisticated understanding of our brand voice and aesthetics
• Top-notch English skills: you know how to engage our followers with crisp and engaging captions, with a meticulous eye for spelling and grammar.



Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Communications, Cultural Sciences, Fashion, or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop & InDesign), Google Analytics and experience working with social media management tools
• A graphic portfolio including content designed for Social Media



Other:

• You will be based in our office in Stockholm
• Report to the Head of Content Marketing
• The position is a full-time position
