The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution to help global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organisations with the right people in the right place, completely free from bias and subjectivity. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.
We are growing 2-3X per year and are in the exciting phase of launching Alva in new markets.
The role
Let’s then take a look at a typical work week in the life of a Social Media Manager at Alva:
Monday → Together with the marketing team, you sync the social media calendar and make sure you’re on top of everything that will be posted this week. You and your fellow marketeers set out a plan for how to crack the next market Alva wants to focus on.
Tuesday → Start your day with a breakfast buffet at the office! Then you help one of our many influencers with Linkedin content, as well as analyzing data from the past week and ensuring a broader reach and higher conversion rates.
Wednesday → Social selling workshop with the sales team. Time to make sure they all execute on your strategic plans!
Thursday→ Working session together with our Art Director to create more content. Perhaps a lunch walk during the weekly digital Lunch n Learn session?
Friday → Time to wrap up the week before office AW! You might do some repurposing from our popular digital training sessions or webinars and make sure our audience never misses a learning opportunity.
You
We are looking for a social person who finds it easy to connect across teams, who can see opportunities and react in a timely manner. You are organized and a big-time multitasker. To a large extent, you are a digital native (and comfortable working in English, given that is our internal and external language).
If you have experience working professionally with social marketing that might help you early on of course, but hey, as long as you are the right one for us, we don’t really mind a weird background 😏
