Our Marketing team tells the world loudly, proudly, and compellingly about the carbon intelligence that’s empowering businesses to reach net zero. Every SEO-optimized blog post, clean design flow, and engaging press release helps tell that story - and contributes to a future with fewer greenhouse gas emissions.

The role

- Develop and execute strategy for Normative’s social media platforms

- Develop and execute strategy for social media engagement of Normative employees

- Draft written short content, including blogs and social media posts

- Produce short videos, record interviews, and produce other visual content for social media



To be successful, we believe you have:

- Proven work experience from executing social media content

- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.

- Strong digital skills, including filming and editing of video materials

- The ability to produce short texts in English with native-level fluency

- A familiarity with SEO and the ability to use our SEO guidelines to optimize written content

- Experience engaging in social media conversations from a company social media account

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) and Social Media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite.

Location:

We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and London. We believe that you are based in the greater Copenhagen or Stockholm region, and can be in the office a couple of days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
