About Carla
We believe that more people should be able to drive electric. Therefore, we have set out to build the safest, most convenient and most transparent way to find, get, and ultimately have, an electric car. Carla was founded in 2020, with strong VC backing and is now in an exciting growth phase to establish Carla as the market-leading “EV-companion” in Europe.
To accomplish this we are now looking for our very first Social Media Manager.
Example areas of responsibility will include:
- Building and owning Carla’s brand voice on social media, including setting the plan and strategy to grow our community
- Delivering all organic, social media efforts - from social media posts, blog posts to Youtube content
- Collaborating across departments and teams to deliver social-first assets that stands out and engages with the community - based on your briefings
- Briefing to external influencers and partnerships as well as finding the next best collaboration opportunity
- You are data-driven and follow up on feedback, comments and curating content for the organization to constantly improve and continue to stay consumer obsessed
- Reporting on your efforts, considering indicators like brand perception, follower growth, engagement rates, mentions and leads/sales

In this particular role, we believe that the following experience is needed:
- You have experience managing social channels for an innovative brand, agency or influencer
- You’re a creative and on-point communicator
- You have a true passion for social media and its potential when it comes to building a strong community
- You have a strong understanding of content creation tools, managing creative assets and collaborating heavily with designers/video folks
- You can tie your efforts to metrics that impact commercial growth
- You are a doer and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to tackle any challenge
- You are passionate about new technologies and/or sustainability
