Job Description
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, managing and monitoring our social media channels globally with the objective to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and generate sales growth for the brand. You will create and curate content that builds our brand and our community, drive our paid strategy for social, analyze our performance and take action when needed to enhance the customer experience.
You are a driven, self-starter with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset. You have a strong visual eye, love creating engaging stories and can easily translate insights to action. You have a genuine passion for sports and enjoy collaborating with other functions within the team to achieve our joint goals. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
3-5 years of experience from working as a social media manager for an international sports/lifestyle brand or on the agency side.
Experience from developing and managing strategies to grow social media audiences and drive new sales for the business
Experience from working with organic as well as paid social.
Experience from working with CMS and social media analytics tools to develop marketing strategies based on findings
University degree or similar within digital marketing
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
Additional Information
This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible, and will be located at the H&M Sports Head Office in Stockholm.
