Social Media Manager needed for a big international media company!

About the position
Perido is now looking for a Social Media Manager for our client, an international media company; one of the most respected and innovative entertainment brands in the world. You’ll be reporting to the social media Regional Manager (Nordic) based in Stockholm, where you’ll also be based.
Your daily tasks
As the social media manager, you will be handling the daily presence in all the company’s social media channels. This includes the European channels, but most of your focus will be centered to Sweden. You will be working with your highly skilled and multicultural team to achieve the best possible outcome. Your main task is driving brand awareness at an efficient cost, driving channel engagement and subscriber retention and reach. The platforms you’re working in is Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. More specifically, your tasks include:
Initiating, creating, planning, managing, executing, and evaluating social media sales and retention campaigns
Create a full content suite and extensive campaign for social media
Conduct audience research to create relevant target groups and ensure top acquisition results
Create tailored, out-of-the-box content producing side by side with the in-house design team
Work creatively with the content of the service to build awareness, drive engagement, conversation, retention, and acquisition on social media
Manage, test, optimize and evaluate campaigns across social platforms
Own the daily interaction with the fans, customers, and prospects (listening to, engaging with, and influencing)
Monitor and report on audience sentiments and trends internally
Stay on top of social media creative trends and ensure top level social media marketing

Requirements
Two years’ experience of working with social media/ the entertainment industry
A degree in marketing, communication, media, arts, or other similar training
High general knowledge within the field of entertainment and TV-series, as well as the Nordic/Swedish streaming landscape
Skilled and knowledgeable within marketing technologies, social media, trends, and channels
Experience from working with community management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Falcon or similar
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English and Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Start according to agreement.
