Are you an experienced communicator with a passion for social media?

To enhance Tetra Pak's engagement in social media channels and further improve our communication with consumers, customers, partners and other external stakeholders, we are now recruiting a Social Media Manager. The task will be to drive a coordinated and purposeful use of our global external social media channels and to ensure that interaction through social media truly connects with our business and our overall external communication efforts.

The position gives you the opportunity to develop this important communication area, tending the Tetra Pak brand and our promise of quality and environmental and ethical assurance.

You will belong to the External Digital Media team within our Corporate Communications organisation and be based in Lund, but you will work with a global network of stakeholders to enable business-driven and cross-functional involvement in the communication process.

This is a temporary role for 12 months.


Main responsibilities

- Develop and implement our global external social media strategy.
- Establish a common understanding within the company for how to act and react in a social media context.
- Coordinate activities and provide support to communications colleagues on all aspects of external social media.
- Set targets, analyze results and drive data-driven continuous improvement efforts


Qualifications

Your biggest assets in this role will be your strong passion for agile communication in an enterprise environment. You are a strategic and analytic thinker, driving for measurable results. You truly enjoy team work, and have the ability to build trust, and to support and enable people across the organisation, irrespective of their level of knowledge or experience.

You have solid experience from online communication, 5+ years, and proven experience in the area of social media, strategic as well as practical. Your technical understanding and your computer skills are excellent. You have worked in a global B2B corporate communications context before. You hold a university degree in a relevant area and your English skills are excellent, written and spoken.
