Job description
The role is strategic and operational. You will define social media strategy, best practices and processes in order to develop social media content to position the Alfa Laval brand.
Responsibilities
You will plan communication activities in line with strategy and brand guidelines and be operational in execution of brand storytelling and promotion of Alfa Laval’s sustainable offerings. You will monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and create impact.
The position is located in Lund and requires 15-20 days of travelling per year. Your direct manager will also be located in Lund Sweden.
Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing and/or Communications and 5-6 years experience from communications in a larger international company, from an agency or consultant company. You have experience in content marketing and are skilled in using content management systems and publishing platforms. You know how to use analytics to draw the right conclusions for development and you understand how to use paid, earned and shared channels to make visitors convert in owned channels and e-commerce. You are confident in your online and SoMe competence and have ability to contribute to the development of online marketing within Alfa Laval.
You enjoy all aspects of developing a global company’s brand online and are interested in technical innovations that offers sustainable B2B solutions. You have substantial experience of marketing, communications and understand what makes good business sense. As a person you are self-driven, outgoing and a team player with great social skills who prefer to work in a solution-oriented manner, taking strategies and content plans into action.
You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing and you are confident in presenting complex matters in an easy and understandable way.
