Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at H&M and contribute to the evolution of our brand.
As a key player in the Brand Development function, you will shape our organic and paid social media strategies and editorial calendar to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic and creative expertise, team leadership, production experience, and a proven track record in setting social media and influencer strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of editorial and performance marketing content across social and owned channels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan, optimizing it from a social media perspective while aligning with business and channel strategies.
Ensure continuous brand-aligned updates on prioritized social media channels.
Lead and manage a team and develop direct reports
Align with operations lead to ensure resources and operations are connected to business goals.



Qualifications
We are looking for you who love and understand how to make great editorial content for a fashion brand and have a solutions-based approach. You believe that strong team collaboration is the key to success. You appreciate working in an international team empowering your team members to thrive in their respective roles. Your positive mindset and great editorial skills together with a keen eye for fashion will make you the ideal candidate to join our brand!
What you need to succeed:
Extensive experience leading a team with strong leadership skills.
Experience working with the broad Social Media landscape.
Proven experience in setting up Social Media strategy.
Proven ability to successfully build and manage creative teams to create business results.
An eye for fashion aesthetics, the marketing and media landscape, tech and trends.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
