The Social Media Team is a strongly brand driven team, ensuring that our communication is seen by the right people in the right channels. We are committed to building our brand by providing the costumers with both correct information and dreams about owning one of our cars. As part of the Social Media team, you will be responsible for planning both organic and paid media centrally as well as helping our regions. The role will serve as a strategic expert with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who provides strategic leadership and positioning for given channel, based on consumer, product and category insights. You will develop tactics, game plans knowledge that help us achieve the business goals.
You will execute social media publishing strategies ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe and on brand. You will also manage daily social communication, consumer listen and response, sentiment analysis and enquiries.

We are a flat organization with a Go-Get-Attitude, and we act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner. You will work in a global organization with a lot of internal collaboration while also supporting the regional social media representatives. You will be part of the Global Marketing & Brand Team.
Qualifications
• +5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading social media channel growth and brand building from a management perspective
• Exceptional knowledge of social media technologies - understand how to leverage data driven insights to push the boundaries of creative excellence
• Ability to work under pressure - proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects. Understanding the real time movement within the social media landscape which can require last minute adjustments
• International working experience from US, Asia or large European markets - demonstrate ability to guide global strategy and collaborate both within a global team and with markets
• Up to date and familiar with social trends for main social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Taking on the role as a gate keeper for our channels and being able to sift through requests from other departments
• Having an experienced view of how to plan for all digital pieces in a campaign’s functions together
• Previous experience of budget and resource planning
• Be able to track, measure, optimize and report social media activities. Both isolated, but also with wider team
• Test and evaluate new channels, systems/tools, campaigns and/or ad types
• Copy experience
