Social Media Specialist

Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re now looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist. As our Social Media Specialist, you will be working closely with our Marketing and Sales departments to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts from an organic Social Media perspective.

About the job

You will be responsible for creating, planning, implementing, managing and reporting on the Organic Social Media strategy. The goal is to increase brand awareness and credibility, grow our online audience, support marketing, and sales campaigns and contribute to the sales pipeline. You will also help implement and manage our organic social media content.

In this role, you work closely with our Demand Generation team to align Social Media activities to bigger 360 marketing campaigns, paid ad campaigns, events and thought leadership initiatives. Collaboration with our witty copywriters and cool designers is also really important to ensure that our content is informative, appealing and awesome!

You are also responsible for:

- Define, measure and report on social media KPIs, such as MQL/SQL Leads through social channels and audience growth.
- Create, manage and oversee social media content for all our channels, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build community and to create a strong network around the Telavox brand
- Monitor and manage our presence and ratings on review platforms such as Trustpilot, G2 etc in collaboration with our Customer Advocacy Specialist.
- Create and manage content for our social selling rotation together with our Sales Development team and various sales teams.


This is our wishlist

We believe you have experience from a similar role, and ideally, experience from B2B marketing. You probably have a relevant university degree in business, communications, economics, marketing or another related field.

You have knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube, and you’re always learning more to stay on top of the latest best practices. You have a good understanding of social media KPIs, you have an understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

You’re a team player who possesses excellent communication and writing skills. And like the solid organizational and time management star that you are, you can easily be be efficient even though you're working with a lot of different stakeholders. You enjoy connecting with people and you are good at identifying with different personas decision-makers and customers, for example, our key customer personas in the IT industry.
