The IKEA Group HR Communication & Employer Branding team, located in Malmö, is on the hunt for a Social Media Specialist to help establish IKEA to be appreciated and recommended as a great place to work.

About You:
You will be a strong contributor to our Communication & Employer Branding team by helping IKEA to listen, react and communicate within the social media environment, both to potential and current IKEA co-workers.
You should have a passion for social media content creation through copywriting and curation, audience engagement, and analyzing social media results.

About the job:
Your main focus area is to support the local markets with content that drives engagement around "working at IKEA" in activating our employer value proposition "We believe in people".
This role reports to the Digital Communication Manager (Employer Branding) and works closely with Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Marketing teams.

Daily tasks involve:
* Listening to potential co-worker & stakeholder conversations relating to working at IKEA within the social media environment.
* Increase the IKEA employer brand?s social media reach.
* Create content for multiple social media channels. You need to understand each channel audience/capabilities and demonstrate how to write and showcase content that engages the audiences around "working at IKEA" and drives conversions. This includes copywriting, photography and video production.
* Build employer brand loyalty by planning, developing, creating and supporting the local execution of cross-channel social media strategy (paid and organic).
* Contribute to the employer branding digital editorial calendar by curating and creating fresh content through copy, image and video. You'll help bring our new communication platform to life in order to strengthen our employer brand.
* Be up-to-date with the social media landscape to recommend the most efficient and effective social media activities for IKEA.
* Acting as a center of excellence and support for local markets, providing communication advice and support.
* Leading social media analytics and insights. Develop and analyze social content performance, paid social performance, and social listening trends and compile key metric reports as needed.
* To secure a continuous relationship with Corporate communication and sustainability when it comes to using the social channels to attract and retain co-workers.
* To secure a strong and continuous relationship with identified major Social Media platform providers.

What you?ll bring:
* Social media community management experience, preferably in professional social networking, video and image platforms and ratings and review social media types.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the complete social media landscape, usage and measurements.
* Strong copywriting skills and high attention to detail.
* Experience in developing content across multiple social media platforms.
* Project and process management skills and analytical mindset, intepreting data and reporting to the HR community.
