We´re now looking for a Finnish & Swedish speaking Social Media Specialist to the Consument & Engagement Center (CEC) at Unilever! An exciting role where you´ll deliver cutting edge consumer relationship services and providing Carelines insights to Quality and the broader business. This is a consultancy opportunity, starting ASAP for 6 months with a very high possibility for extension.
About the role
In this role, your primarily responsibility is to keep track of various social media platforms: Managing content calendar and posting, responding to consumer questions and interactions and so on. Additionally, some of your work tasks will be:
• Act as CEC Social Media Business Partner to Local Marketing.
• Handle and register all consumer complaints according to CEC processes
• Handle crisis management on Social Media in liaison with CEC Management
• Identify and flag issues, risks and opportunities to the CEC Coordinator & CEC Regional Lead, Quality and the wider business teams including CEC Vendor team.
• Together with CEC Coordinator actively own the resolution of the most difficult consumer claims and complaints through follow ups with consumers
• Actively own the quality of all Knowledge Management System data – proactively work with brands to ensure the correct data is uploaded into the KM system and shared with CEC Vendor team
• Turn CEC data into insights, making appropriate suggestions to support problem solving and consumer insights for the business
• Liaise with the Crisis team in managing consumer data during recalls
• Coordinate disclosure of proprietary information through Legal and R&D to provide utmost service to consumers with high risk issues
• Create communications templates for CECs, personalized by local brand, promotion, language etc. and share this with CEC Vendor team.
• Act as Unilever social media expert, being proactive in the way we work with social media

Furthermore, you have/are most of the following:
• Fluent in Swedish, Finnish & English
• A great drive and interest for social media and communications
• Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels; ability to influence and make an impact internally and externally
• Highly organised, detail orientated individual with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of computer literacy within Office Suite, in particular; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
