The "Social and Search Analyst" will be responsible for the analysis of a wide range of data to support the marketing, brand and business strategy functions. The Analyst will ensure that briefs from various business teams are translated into analytical projects that respond to business questions.
The ideal candidate can use a wide range of analytical solutions and is at ease both with data coming from social media and search, and with more "traditional" data such as penetration and brand equity. The candidate is able to construct both quantitative and qualitative analyzes and knows how to work in collaboration with teams of analysts who are experts in specific subjects. As a result, the ability to organize your work and manage multiple projects are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
• Translate briefs coming from the business (for example marketing & strategy) into analytical projects.
• At home with digital data (social media and Search) but also with "traditional" KPI business (penetration, brand equity)
• Dashboard constructions to be updated periodically with data visualization solutions
• At ease with qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Being able to create concise analyzes that can communicate clear messages
• Being able to communicate both with equal role and with senior stakeholders
• Project management (progress status control, resources coordination)

In addition, you have/are most of the following:
• Native Finnish. Skills in Swedish is required; however, fluency is not a must.
• Excellent English
• Experiences in digital marketing and campaign optimization
• Experience in understanding business questions
• Social analytics experience
• Experience with structured and unstructured data
• Experience with sales data and Panel data
• Familiarity with social media and social listening
• Passion for the digital world and its implications in the world of economy
• Storytelling experience in corporate contexts focused on the communication of clear messages
