We are now looking for a Technical Product Specialist WLO. As Technical Product Specialist you will provide technical support to our customers and dealers for our Wheel Loader range. The support is mainly given through the Chain system but other channels like email and phone are also used. You will also be involved in product maintenance and new development projects, working closely with the different product owners as well as the sales regions. You will be part of a global team with members from US, EU and Asia and work in an international environment.

You should contribute with your competence and expertise, and collaborate closely cross functionally in your network, putting people in the driver seat by building a culture that motivates people to be both self-driven and collaboration-driven. Besides the operational responsibility, you are expected to question the status quo, look for continuous improvements in ways of working and inspire and motivate your peers.

Required competencies:
We prefer if you have a Bachelor of Science within Engineering. Good analytical skills are required as well as good communication skills and technical competence on Wheel Loaders in general and software & electronics in particular. Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
