Arbetsbeskrivning
Cambio is one of the Nordics' leading suppliers in e-health with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. Our e-health solutions support healthcare professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. We are growing continuously and now have about 800 employees in several countries.
The position
You will be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the software architecture for one or more parts of our Healthcare Information System COSMIC. You will work closely with multiple development teams and stakeholders such as product owners, UX designers, and business analysts to develop the best possible system and solutions for our end users within the healthcare industry. You will be ultimately responsible for the technical solutions within your product, but you are constantly involving others in technical discussions and decision-making.
You always strive to improve the way we develop software within your product area but also at Cambio as a whole, through both formal channels and groups such as the architect board and through more informal communities. You understand the business drivers for Cambio and for your products and contribute to product strategy and roadmap work, aligning business goals, technical goals and customer needs to create the best possible solution given the available resources.
At Cambio, we encourage taking initiatives that contribute to the development of the company and ourselves. For us, it is important that you should have the opportunity to grow, both as a person and as an employee. Our culture is described through the words “Trust”, “Care” and “Together” which permeate everything we do.
About you
As a software architect at Cambio, we expect you to have great overall technical skills in the broad area of software engineering. Technical things aside, we think the architect role is mostly about communication. This means that you must be an expert at communicating with technical and non-technical people around you and really scale your technical expertise to everyone. In essence, you consider your primary function to be to make everyone around you better. Lastly but most importantly, you are an empathic leader who values personal interactions and contributes to an atmosphere of cohesiveness and collaboration.
Requirements
If you have been working with Java, Typescript and Angular, that is a big plus. It is also beneficial if you know your way around JBoss and SQL databases. We further assume you are at familiar with the ecosystem in modern continuous integration and agile software development. Experience in the healthcare sector is a bonus.
We prefer applicants with prior experience as software architects or similar and who are accustomed to thinking about their job not as the bringer of all the best solutions but rather as the enabler for others to come up with those great solutions.
You are comfortable communicating primarily in English. If you know Swedish as well, that is a bonus.
Place of employment: Stockholm OR Linköping
At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
Other: We screen the applications and hold interviews continuously so please send your application as soon as possible via the link.
We encourage and eagerly welcome all applications, but we will only consider candidates who are located and have the legal right to work in Sweden. We will ask for verification during the process.
We look forward to receiving your application!
