Software Architect - Sustainability

As a software architect you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that promote sustainability. You will be joining a team that is dedicated to creating sustainable experience solutions that have a positive impact on people.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the development team to design and develop software solutions that align with the company's sustainability experiences platform.
Conducting research on emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities to incorporate into the company’s software development process.
Ensuring that their software architecture and design supports the company’s sustainability goals, including energy efficiency, resource conservation and waste reduction. 
Leading the development of scalable and efficient software solutions that support their sustainability experience platform.
Providing technical guidance and leadership to the company’s development team to ensure that their software architecture and design are optimized.


There is currently no structure regarding what object-oriented programming language is used. This will be a part of your assignment, to create a structure/architect for this web platform. 

Qualifications
To be successful in this assignment we see that you have to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in software architecture and design 
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming and software development principles 
Experience with modern software development tools and technologies, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
Experience with sustainable software development practices
