Job Description


Do you have several years of experience working within the area of Software Asset Management? H&M Group Business Tech now offers the opportunity to use your experience and entrepreneurial mindset to support our new digital organization!
You will join the Software Asset Management team consisting of seven experienced colleagues and you will report to the Head of SAM. The SAM-team is established since many years but have recently started a transition with redefining and implementing a new SAM-program for increased business impact in a cloud centric software estate. You will be part of the Commercial Team providing expertise within SAM to the H&M Group.
What you will do
The majority of your work will be conducted within your role as an appointed
Software Asset Manager for specific software vendors. You will ensure compliance, optimization and alignment to SAM-program and SAM-plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders. You have experience from working in a dynamic environment that is always evolving, and where everything and anything can happen. You will be responsible for a specific SAM competence area and together with the team you will be creating business value to service- and product owners and internal stakeholders.
Who are you?
We believe that as a Software Asset Manager, you should have at least 5+ years’ experience in License Management or as a Software Asset Manager. You should have experience working in large organizations with SAM-related work. You are curious and eager to learn more, and you don’t get stuck in what has always been. You are open-minded and you see business possibilities everywhere. You have a strong ability to connect with others and you are known for building trust and long-lasting relationships.
Furthermore, we believe you have several of the following skills:
• SAM certification or equivalent experience
• Extensive understanding of software compliance and optimization
• Experience of working with SAM regarding DevOps, Dev. Tools and Dev. Portals
• Experience of ServiceNow SAM Pro or other SAM tools
• Experience of cloud transformation
• Ability to analyze data and create SAM reports
• Openness to transformation and strong interpersonal skills
• Business English, since most meetings will be held in English

Additional information


This is a full-time position with placement in Stockholm, Sweden with a hybrid workplace policy that aims to be on site minimum two days a week.
