We are a team of highly engaged engineers with strong background, supporting development of cloud connectivity platform, firmware delivery and mobile apps evolution. We are truly agile without hierarchy and bureaucracy. We work in two cross international cross-functional teams including Product Owner, Developers and Dev/Ops functions.
As a Delivery Manager for the team, you will contribute to the success of our business as both the agile coach and the team manager by engaging with cross functional feature teams and being responsible for employees under your personal command. You will help teams to organize their daily work, have staff responsibility and own the agile development software delivery. You will practice a coaching leadership to maximize the team members personal and professional growth.

Your main tasks:
Build, coach and inspire your team to strive for improving employee experience from onboarding to ongoing development to alumni engagement
Drive software development projects together with the team and other departments
Develop and manage performance metrics to improve efficiency. Bring in creative solutions and use technology to support us in an exciting fast-growing phase.
Own and oversee our core HR systems & technology and ensure data integrity across all employee platforms
Educate and coach our employees on continuous improvement and development
Own all HR policy & compliance matters (handbook, policies, training requirements, audits, annual reporting, etc.
Partner with other key cross-functional team leaders such as Payroll, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, etc
Advocating a diverse team to achieve better results. Help us to attract and select people with different backgrounds.
Qualifications:
You have a deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience from managing people.
You have a strong technical background in IT Development.
Ability to understand and communicate the big picture, and work with attention to detail when needed.
Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven.
Open and transparent communication style with the ability to productively communicate with both business stakeholders and engineers alike.
5+ years of progressive career path with relevant experience in people management, building and coaching teams for improving employee experience

Able to manage change and experience with optimization of processes
Thoughtful people management and mentorship skills
Eager to work in an ambitious growth company, and to roll up your sleeves to contribute
Fluent in English
