Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field, and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll positively impact rail control solutions and onboard software systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, taking care of everything design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software using C/C++, and much more.
You’ll specifically offer support to your colleagues with Control Build design and integration activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Perform the software components detailed design & coding
Design, implement and integrate new software functionality
Writing and maintaining software documentation and reports
Evaluating the quality of requirements, architectures, designs, code, and tests
Maintaining focus on safety, robustness, and availability.
All about you

Degree in software development, embedded systems, or related field
Strong experience in embedded software development is required
Understanding of C/C++ and scripting language like Python
Experience in requirements-driven and agile software developments, as well as traceability methods
Familiarity with object-oriented design paradigms, software modelling and software test methodologies
Being excited to explore new methods, technologies and tools
Eagerness to shape our onboard software systems
