Ericsson AB Presentation For behalf of Ericsson we are lookning for at Software developer. At Ericsson Research, they are making more and more prototypes in the multimedia area. This includes hot topics such as high-quality video conferencing, IP-TV and new ways of streaming audio and video over Internet. They now need to strengthen in this area and are looking for a young ambitious software developer. Arbetsuppgifter The platforms which the company work with are Windows, Linux including Android, and web technologies. The most used programming languages are C++, C#, Java, Python, and Javascript. Utbildning/erfarenhet You are a motivated person with a strong drive for developing software (including testing and documentation). You have good abilities to cooperate with others as you will be part of development teams (whose members will shift from project to project). You are keen on staying up to date with new tools and trends in the software development area. You should also have: - a Master of Science or equivalent degree - experience in software design and test - knowledge on software management - excellent programming skills - good written and spoken in English - deep knowledge about Linux and Windows is an advantage - experience in open-source development is an advantage - experience from a number of larger software development projects is an advantage - background in test-driven development and other agile processes is an advantage.
