We are now looking for a software developer with an agile mindset to join a cross-functional feature team at our HQ in Lund!

Your future feature team
You will be a part of a new cross-functional development team working with features for the Multi Channel product segment. Since it's a new team we are learning as we go to find the best way forward, it's an exciting time with huge possibility to be a part of affecting the team's future path. We work with an agile mindset and toolbox. Our department has a great mix of engineers from early in the career to persons with 20+ years of professional experience. We work as a team and we deliver as a team, and we have fun whilst doing it.

What you will do here

* Working closely with your cross-functional colleagues within frontend and UI/UX, our Product Managers and a variation of Axis departments delivering value added features for our customers.
* Involved in all parts of development, from idea to programing, test and improvements.
* Innovation is an opportunity area in this role.
* A big part of a great team is working on our agile mindset and soft values. The team is only as good as how we use each other's strengths.

Who are you?

* You have worked with embedded systems for at least 3-5 years.
* You have a master or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* You love working with C and Linux!
* You are comfortable with agile methods, a plus is if you also have experience of coaching or acting as a scrum master for a team/teams before.
* If you have experience with analytics, deep learning this is a plus.
* You are curious, creative and like to share your ideas and knowledge with others.
