Our Exciting Opportunity
Every time you use an app on your smartphone, talk over VoLTE or use Mobile Broadband you connect to the internet – this connection is what we enable, no matter if it's 3G, 4G, or 5G!
We are developing a world class Load Testing Framework/Platform for Ericsson 4G & 5G network, the requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a huge demand of new features as well as higher capacity and performance. Our 4G/5G Test Framework/Platform is widely used by Ericsson Globally (Sweden, Canada, USA, China & Spain etc.)
Would you like to work as a Developer for Outline, our 5GC System Test Tool?
You will
Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Develop and Test High Quality Products
Perform Trouble Shooting and problem solving of sophisticated products
Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Process
Be a part of multi-functional, self-organizing and highly independent teams
Use CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Development) flow and philosophy, with pipelines designed for as-a-Service and to enable DevOps, with fast feedback loops
To be successful in the role you must have:
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or the equivalent level of knowledge
Good Knowledge in Container and Kubernetes, Kubernetes networking, and package management)
Solid Java and C programming skills
Ability to comprehend IP protocols and IP-based routing, 3GPP standards, UNIX/LINUX is preferred
To be aware of Lean and Agile principles and be an outstanding teammate
Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks
Excellent English skills
Good knowledge in
Data structure, e.g. array, list, set, queue, tree, etc.
Linux network policies for firewall
Software development methods and tools (Object Oriented design, Design pattern, UML), 4G/5G Packet Core products, 5G Cloud Native and its NFs
Software test and verification concept and methods
