Our Exciting Opportunity
In the Business Area Networks (BNEW) organization where 5G was born, we have development sites all over the world. Our approach is simple: we build solutions that empower our customers to meet tomorrow’s demands. 5G is happening now, with the first commercial launches implemented today.

Our software development unit develops the software which controls, supervises, and analyzes the base station functionality, which enables our mobile networks around the world. These mobile networks are the core to the accelerating digital transformation which is building our networked society where everything that can be connected will be connected.

This is fast-paced development where your work will be essential for deliveries that will be running in hundreds of networks worldwide within just a few days. We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods like Lean and Scrum to create a product which excels. Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, international, and highly independent. We are constantly improving our ways of working.

You will work together with a team in the Common Architecture Tier (CAT) organization based in Lindholmen Göteborg. Our office is located right in the middle of “Gothenburg’s Silicon Valley”, a vibrant area with a mix of people from university and technology companies.
