Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Have you ever thought about what it would be like to develop software for an automatic transmission, a solution that is optimized around energy-efficiency and sustainability? Creating a product for our customers with widely different operations from distribution to off-road with heavy load, used worldwide. Always with focus on customer value for people and goods. Do you think you have what it takes?
Currently we need to add more experience around automation of different steps in the software development process. Focus on being even more efficient with continuous integration and analysis from feedback loops from our connected vehicles.
Your Profile
You can have experience from other industries but would like to be part of the development of the electrical powertrain for the future. We are changing an industry with software development, taking responsibility for solutions from ideas to verifying customer performance.
Within our groups we are looking for people with knowledge or experience in the following areas:
• Programming in C, MATLAB Simulink
• Continuous integration, and feedback loops
• Test automation development for HIL and SIL
• Functional safety (ISO 26262)
You must have the following:
• University degree in mechatronics, computer science, electronics, machine technology or an equivalent/neighbouring area.
If you have experience in software development, embedded system for automotive industry or working with interaction between hardware and software that is only a plus!
