Who is your future team?

Our small agile, independent and empowered teams consist of 3-4 developers driving feature development, maintenance, refactorizations and investigations of new and exciting technologies. We are simply passionate about software development and now looking for you who wants to work with us.

What you'll do here as Media Streaming developer?
We make sure that our cameras deliver high quality video with low latency. We also make it possible to save video on SD cards and Network Video Recorders. Our software is running in all our cameras worldwide and our APIs are used in many different Video Management System applications. This puts high demands on us to be able to offer stable and user-friendly APIs for our users. We support standard protocols for media streaming that makes possible to access video both with and without internet access.

As an example, the latest technology that we have investigated is WebRTC which is a broad technology that spans over the entire technology stack, from firmware to cloud services and web applications. In other words, as developer in the streaming team you will be involved in all parts of the development, working with improvements of already supported features and also investigate and develop new technologies together with other skilled developers.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for you who like complex technical challenges and enjoys working in groups with other skilled engineers with a culture that is characterized by cooperation and shared responsibility. We believe that you are a driven software developer who has a relevant education at university level. We hope you enjoy modern software development, focusing on incremental releases, user needs and data monitoring. You like to take initiative and influence with your ideas and thoughts.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Experience from C/C++ development
* Familiarity with Embedded Linux
* Knowledge of Git, GDB-debugging, Wireshark, Valgrind and Jenkins
* Bonus points if you have experience of network programming and multimedia.
