SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - Gothenburg

We are looking for reinforcement of a Software Developer for Traction Battery Software, your task is to implement and maintain functionality for their current and future platforms in an in-house development cross-functional team.
What you'll do:
· Design, develop and maintain the embedded remote functions which will relate to the app and engage with the rest of the team to actively pull tasks from the backlog.
· Write testable code as well as unit and component tests and taking responsibility for quality of solutions and make sure that best practices being used.
· Collaborating with operational function regarding application of programming and various types of frameworks skills.
· Manage all servers in production and integration environments’ configuration and provisioning.
· Work with MATLAB Simulink when developing and verifying the software units, and in a HIL-environment on the software level, verifying the units are intact.
· Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure and Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
· Work across entire stack, collaborating with your colleagues to build C++ libraries, enterprise grade APIs and customer facing WPF applications.
Who you are:
· Have an engineering background within Electronics, Computer Science or Mechatronics.
· Possess deep knowledge in modern C++ cross platform development (C++14) with experience in writing thread-safe code.
· Have several years of experience from Simulation and Model-Based Design using MATLAB/ Simulink and experience from Safety level SW development.
· Good experience in vehicle and HIL testing, and knowledge in Autosar, ISO 26262 or programming skills in C, C++ and Python is meritorious.
· Proficient in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English languages.
· Passion for new technologies, software development and creating great user experiences.
· Willing to take up the task that is most important for the team to progress with a positive and easy-going mindset.
