There are still many challenges ahead of us and we are now looking for a developer to strengthen our Firmware Interfaces team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Firmware Interfaces team is part of the Product and Services department within Research & Development. We are responsible for developing the APIs and the Web GUI used in Axis’ network cameras.

You will be working on coding the future in Web based Camera configuration. The work includes programming, technical design and making sure that our cameras are the best cameras on the market! You will also perform debugging.

We work with agile methods and like to take responsibility for our products from start to finish – something that results in a variety of tasks over time. As part of our team you will have great freedom in the choice of tools and methodologies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We expect you to have a Bachelor’s degree, Master of Science or a similar educational background as well as experience from coding web based frontends.

You have experience in:

* JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
* HTML and CSS
* AJAX

Experience from working with Audio and Video is considered a plus.

We believe that you are a highly motivated and outgoing person with good communication skills in both English and Swedish. You are an analytical coder who takes pride in writing high quality code and who follows what is happening within web technology. You have an ability to estimate work and knowledge and understanding of making good technical designs.
