Software Developer RTS

Your role

As part of the development team, you will collaborate closely with other developers and systems engineers in the design and development of air traffic management products. You will design, implement, test and document software that will be used in our new automation suite (NAT).

The main tasks are:

Be a part of the team that are to convert and merge our old SW code into our new combined SW repository for ATC automation, both in conventional towers and remotely
*

Proposing and implementing software architecture and designs as part of the NAT product development team
*

Writing well-structured, testable, efficient, and maintainable full-stack code
*

Collaborating and adding value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
*

Tailoring and deploying software tools, processes and metrics
*

Participate in project work with colleagues in different parts of the world



Your profile

Required skills:

*

Minimum Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mathematical or science-based subject or equivalent working experience
*

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
*

Great collaboration skills



Desired skills:

*

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
*

Proficient in C/C++/C#
*

Qt other cross platform framework experience
*

Experience in complex software systems with agile development methodologies
*

Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines
*

Experience in other programming languages such as Java, Python or similar
*

Aviation interest



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
